Takigi is published by Nodera LLC, in Tokyo,
Japan.
Takigi collects no personal data and sends nothing to us. It has no account, no purchases
and no advertising.
What is stored
Takigi saves no personal data, no identifier, and no record of the fire. It asks for no
name, email, or sign-in. iOS and the app's game engine may keep technical caches and settings on
the device, as they do for any app.
Keeping and deleting
Takigi sends us nothing, so we hold no data from the app to keep or delete. You can remove
the app from your device at any time. Emails you send us and this website's access logs are
handled separately, as described below.
What is not collected
No analytics. No advertising and no advertising identifier. No crash or performance reporting
of its own. Takigi does not ask for access to your location, microphone, camera, contacts, or
photos.
One thing does not come from Takigi: if you have turned on iOS's own Share
With App Developers setting, Apple may share crash data and statistics about your use of the
app with us. That sharing is controlled by iOS and your setting, not by Takigi.
In App Store terms, this is Data Not Collected.
Beta testing
If you test Takigi through TestFlight, Apple handles your invitation and shares crash logs
and usage information from the test build with us. Any feedback or screenshots you choose to send
also reach us through Apple, and may come with your name and email address. That is covered by
Apple's own terms; the app itself still collects nothing.
This website
Takigi itself sends nothing to us. This website, like every website, keeps a record of visits:
our server writes a line for each request it answers — the time, the page asked for, your IP
address, the page you came from, and what your browser reports about itself, such as its name and
language. From the IP address we look up the country, region, and network it belongs to.
We use these lines to count how many people find this website and where they come from, and to
find the cause when something goes wrong. They are kept on our own servers, with a backup copy in
cloud storage, until we delete them. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or combine
them with any other data.
The pages set no cookies, store nothing in your browser, and load nothing from anyone else.
Links out
The app holds two links, behind the small i in the corner: this privacy policy and the
support page. Tapping one opens it in your browser, and from then on it is a visit to this website,
as described above.
Children
The app collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
Changes
If any of this changes, this page will say so before the version of Takigi that changes it
ships, and the date below will change.
Contact
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and use
them only to reply. This is separate from the app, which sends nothing.
